At SetGo, we offer our website services through a monthly subscription system, securely powered by Paystack. By subscribing to one of our plans, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding billing, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Subscription Payments
All payments are processed through Paystack, a secure and trusted payment gateway.
Subscriptions are billed monthly, and payment is automatically charged to your selected payment method on the same day each month.
Upon successful payment, your subscription will be active immediately, and you will receive a confirmation email from Paystack.
2. Managing Your Subscription
You will receive a subscription activation email from Paystack, which includes a “Manage Subscription” link.
Through this link, you can:
View your subscription details
Cancel your subscription
Update your payment method

3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time using the “Manage Subscription” link or by contacting our support team.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access until that period ends.
Once cancelled, you will not be billed again unless you re-subscribe.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date your subscription starts.
If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund.
After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued for that month.
Cancellations after the 7-day period will apply to the next billing cycle, not the current one.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Paystack will attempt to charge your payment method again.
If repeated payment attempts fail, your subscription may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

You are also responsible for cancelling your subscription on time to avoid unwanted charges.

Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
Downtime due to external services (e.g. Paystack, hosting, etc.)
Errors caused by third-party plugins, automation tools, or user actions
